IT Officer

Prior IT experience working in a corporate context or a fast-paced environment. 

Experience in managing, coordinating, and resolving incidents as quickly as possible.  

Good understanding of Office 365, Teams, One Drive and SharePoint. 

• Knowledge and understanding of: 

Organizational Context (Knowledge of the company and its processes) 

Technologies relating to your area of work, including:  

Hardware devices (e.g. laptops, desktops, printers, CCTV…etc. 

Technologies (e.g. windows server 2012 or above , Networks, Domains, Active Directory, VPN, IP Telephony, antivirus management, CCTV and surveillance, Access control managements , Backup, Hyper-V, Microsoft platforms). 

Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners 

Deal remotely with basic IT services    

Operating systems and networks  

• Technical Skills and understanding of:  

Use information technology effectively to input and/or extract data accurately  

Store and retrieve information  

Keep up to date with changes, procedures and practices in your field of expertise
